  • All motorcoach tours are fully escorted by a qualified travel professional
  • All one-day tour prices include the driver and escort gratuity
  • All trips include transportation via deluxe motorcoach or air transportation from the Rochester International Airport
  • There is a NO SMOKING policy in effect on all Koning DayTours motorcoaches
  • Pick-up and departure locations:
    • PWM - Piano Works Mall (349 West Commercial Street) Parking in the rear parking lot behind Patricia's House of Fabrics.
    • MC: Irondequoit - Medley Centre, southeast corner of Mall, Former Bon Ton Store, by Route 104.
  • Parking: Arrangements have been made for passenger pick-up and parking in East Rochester, Irondequoit, and Gates. Passenger vehicles are left at the owner's risk. Koning DayTours, Inc. will not be held responsible for these vehicles.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, one day tours require full payment one month prior to trip departure. Trips over $100.00 require a $75.00 deposit within seven days following telephone reservation. A reminder will be sent.
  • Make checks payable to: Koning DayTours, Inc. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
  • There will be a $20.00 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.
  • Every effort will be made to return at the designated time. Koning DayTours may not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions or transportation equipment. Koning DayTours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary.
  • Cancellations received on one-day tours within 30 days prior to the trip departure will be refunded minus the amount of any non-refundable expenses incurred by Koning DayTours, Inc. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the tour, for a no show, or for passengers not carrying proper identification for border crossings. On extended tours a processing fee will be charged for cancellation. Regrettably, no exceptions can be made.
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. No written confirmation will be sent on day trips. In the event of cancellation or change, you will be notified.
  • Provide us with your winter address to assure that you don't miss any of our brochure mailings.
  • Trip cancellation, interruption, baggage and accident insurance coverage is recommended and is available at additional cost.
  • Advance notice is required for preferred seating for handicap considerations. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee a specific seating location.
  • IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVEL INTO CANADA - Proof of citizenship is required. Acceptable forms of identification are a passport; or either an original birth certificate or a certificate of naturalization, accompanied by a photo ID.
